We’re excited to introduce you to Behle, who works at McAlister’s Deli. Behle had other jobs before, but here, she truly feels like part of a team. Her BCI Competitive Employment Advisor, Amy Holmes, helped her identify and land the job, and her work prepping sandwich and salad ingredients helps keep the restaurant running smoothly. Working in the kitchen hasn’t dulled her appetite—Behle is head over heels for McAlister’s food. In fact, just filming this video had her craving a Giant Spud!
