Since working at BCI, Nick has grown as a person and developed the confidence to take on the outside world. He asked to live independently and then asked his girlfriend to move in, which resulted in a proposal and marriage! He and his wife both work at BCI and ride to work together. This is everything a parent wants for their child—to grow up, get a job, live independently, and find someone to love. Nick has a very normal life, just like so-called “normal” people.

The employment opportunity that BCI has provided Megan, our daughter, continues to be one of the best life-altering, meaningful experiences for her. Megan’s self-image and confidence has grown not only through her job-related responsibilities but from the relationships developed with her co-workers and supervisors.

BCI has been a valuable partner to our company for many years. As our business changes, they work with us to accommodate our needs with flexibility, professionalism, and willingness to problem-solve. We also love our visits. Whether it be an open house or meeting, we are always invited to the production area to see our products being made. We get to see all the hard work that goes into creating a quality product for our customers.

I just got to see the product in real-life for the first time. It is beautiful! BCI did such a great job with this! I loved working with you and the BCI team, every step of the way.
