BCI’s annual Transition Conference is an informative and empowering event designed for individuals with disabilities and their families, as well as educators, counselors, case managers, and funders focused on fostering successful transitions to adult life and independence.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER

This year’s keynote speaker is Dr. Tiffany Jameson. She is a Managing Partner at grit & flow™ and an organizational psychologist dedicated to fostering inclusive workplaces. Her team has secured grants to train job developers in supporting transition-age individuals with business engagement and relationship building. Voted a Top 50 Neurodiversity Global Evangelist, Dr. Jameson speaks internationally on Neurodiversity and Mental Health in the Workplace, bringing personal passion as a neurodivergent individual with Bipolar 2, Apraxia, and learning differences.

BREAKOUT SESSIONS

Select two small group discussions on topics including Funding Sources, Guardianship, Public Benefits, and Inclusive Employment.

Local agencies will be on hand to answer your questions about housing, employment, transportation, recreation, and more.
