Tracy Bono joined BCI in 2026, bringing a passion for disability advocacy and creating meaningful opportunities for others. That passion is deeply personal. Tracy co-founded Black Cat Coffee Cafe Project with her son, Frankie, a nonprofit pop-up coffee shop providing hands-on vocational experiences for young adults with disabilities. She has led advocacy rallies, provided testimony at the Missouri State Capitol, and spoken on inclusion. A Missouri Master Naturalist, she also enjoys the outdoors. Tracy is excited to bring her experience and passion to BCI and be part of an organization making a real difference in the community.
