Kyle Dougherty

Kyle joined BCI in 2023, bringing experience as a paraprofessional with Cape Girardeau Public Schools and as a TSA agent in Kansas City. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Southeast Missouri State University. Inspired by his mother, a special education teacher of 20 years, and his brother Nick, a longtime BCI employee, Kyle was drawn to BCI’s mission of helping individuals build independence and purpose through work. In 2025, he transitioned into a Production Planning role with BCI Packaging, where he continues to grow his career while staying closely connected to the organization’s impact.
