(June 18, 2025) Meet Jason, a determined and upbeat team member at BCI-Lincoln County. After a serious car accident, he faced a long road to recovery and had a tough time finding work. That changed when his mom discovered BCI, opening the door to meaningful employment and a fresh start. At work, his positive attitude is contagious, and he’s known for lifting spirits and never backing down from a challenge. When he’s not on the job, you’ll probably find him sipping a Dr. Pepper and proving that with enough determination (and a little fizz), anything is possible!
