Boone Center, Inc. (BCI) recently named Michael Ahlheim, Jayuni Buescher, and Doug Tracy to its board of directors. Board members are eligible to serve two consecutive three-year terms.
Ahlheim is a Principal Strategy Development Analyst for Phantom Works and Specialty Capabilities at The Boeing Company. Ahlheim began his involvement with BCI in 2021 as co-founder and co-chair of the Skills Center’s Young Professionals group and later as a member of the board’s Employment Services Committee.
Buescher is Business Manager for the St. Louis University Center for Advanced Dental Education. For the past 25 years, Buescher has held diverse financial, strategy, and management roles in health care as well as private industry. Buescher is an active member and volunteer at St. Monica Catholic Church in Creve Coeur where she assists with the annual auction.
Tracy is President/CEO of Cuivre River Electric Cooperative and serves on the board of directors for Touchstone Energy, the Central Electric Power Cooperative, and the Association of Missouri Electric Cooperatives. An avid civic volunteer, Tracy also works to advance the agencies that support his daughter’s disability including Delta Gamma Center, Light House for the Blind, and the Society for the Blind.
These newly appointed directors fill the void left by outgoing board members Joe Armour, Nancy Heet, and Cheryl Lauer who completed their terms effective June 30.
In addition to the three new directors, BCI appointed Hyspeco Marketing and New Business Specialist Caroline Toye and Bank of America Associate Vice President and Business Banker Marcianne Gagliardi to its board committees. The two are serving on the Development and Marketing and Finance Committees, respectively.
