Kari-Anne Sedlack

Kari-Anne wears many hats but is primarily responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing benefit enrollments, leaves and claims. With a bachelor’s in Elementary Ed, she worked with kids for nine years before changing fields. Joining BCI in 2021, she is a Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management. She says HR for nonprofits is such meaningful work, and she truly enjoys interacting with the team.
