BCI’s Katie Jones Graduates from Vision Leadership St. Charles County

BCI is proud to celebrate Katie Jones, Chief Program Officer of Organizational Employment and Advocacy, on her graduation from the prestigious Vision Leadership St. Charles County program. Katie was one of a select group of professionals chosen for the intensive nine-month program., The program is designed to cultivate civic engagement and prepare participants for impactful leadership roles in the region.

Vision Leadership provides leaders with a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing St. Charles County. Through interactive learning sessions, site visits, and conversations with local decision-makers, Katie explored critical areas, including government, education, healthcare, and public safety.

“We’re incredibly proud of Katie for completing the Vision program,” said BCI CEO Troy Compardo. “She leads with purpose and passion, and the expanded knowledge and connections she gained will only deepen her impact, both at BCI and across the region.”

At BCI, Katie oversees the organizational employment program, which provides meaningful work for more than 225 adults with disabilities. She manages complex regulatory, funding, and accreditation requirements, ensuring the program’s long-term success. She also serves as a passionate advocate for disability employment rights, representing BCI at the regional, state, and federal levels.
