ISO Compliant Quality System

BCI's internal ISO compliant system was implemented in 2003. Since then, it has grown to fit our unique work environment, allowing us to flex to customers' needs while maintaining control over critical processes. This accomplishment has resulted in several Quality Recognition Rewards from our customers.

Our Quality System is focused on PREVENTION. In the contract packaging industry, each job and each customer has its unique requirements. Our Customer Service Staff work closely with our customer to ensure we have a clear understanding of the job requirements. We also find it critical to really understand your business so we can become your partner in meeting your customer's needs.

Because BCI is often the only set of eyes before your product reaches the marketplace, BCI's quality system is designed to be a set of double checks on all critical processes including component part numbers, packaging quality, pallet labeling, etc. Our Quality record proves that we will provide you with a product that meets your requirements!

BCI's ISO compliant system encompasses all processes related to meeting our customers' requirements, including:

• Preparing assembly instructions and bill of material prior to job start-up
• Scheduling work to meet completion dates.
• Receiving and warehousing customer supplied components.
• Producing finished goods according to an approved assembly specification
• Shipping finished goods on-time in a manner to prevent damage
• Maintaining complete records including receiving, production, waste, lot code tracking, shipping, or other customer specific reporting needs
• Implementing customer specific processes
• Providing timely and accurate communication to the customers (production, receiving, shipping reports)
• Maintaining identification and traceability of customer product
• Controlling non-conforming product
• Identifying and implementing corrective and preventive action

As an extension of BCI's ISO compliant system, we are able to implement additional cGMP for a wide variety of food and/or pharmaceutical applications.
