• Shrink Wrap

  With 20 years of providing shrink wrapping services, BCI has the experience to assist you with your shrink wrapping needs. Shrink wrapping is one of the most cost effective methods of protecting your product, or combining products for retail packages. BCI uses high speed Tex Wrap equipment with a wide range of size and capabilities. We use BEMIS shrink films to give your package a clear and professional appearance. We have the ability to add labels to the inside or outside of the shrink wrapped package, based on your labeling needs. Wrapped packages can be packed out into any configuration including boxes, displays, or club store pallets.

• Blister Packaging

  Using a blister package is one of the most common ways to package retail items. BCI has the ability to package your product in a face seal blister, or a 2-piece (or clamshell) blister. The final product can be packed into poly bags, retail boxes, displays, club pallets, or even onto clip strips.

• Shrink Banding

  Shrink Banding offers an attractive alternative to Shrink Wrapping. Shrink banding is particularly useful when the item or combination of items are difficult to shrink wrap. At times the size or shape of the package prohibits the use of shrink wrapping. BCI has offered custom shrink banding services for nearly 10 years and can assist in determining whether shrink wrapping or shrink banding is best for your product. Shrink banding is the process of placing a custom sized shrink band around the products and running the package through a heat tunnel. The Heat tunnel shrinks the band, securing the product(s) as required. BCI can determine the correct size and supply the shrink band needed for your product(s).

• Shrink Bundling

  Shrink Bundling is often used in place of shrink film or shrink bands when there are more than 3 items to be combined, and when the weight of the final package is too heavy to be supported by shrink film or band. It is often seen in the beverage industry and in club stores. BCI has the capability to shrink bundle wrap your next project!

• Poly Bagging and Sealing

  BCI has the capability of filling and sealing a large variety of pouches and bags. We can fill to a specified quantity or weight, as your product requires. DoBoy band sealers ensure that your bag or pouch will be completely and securely sealed. Sealed pouches and bags are often packed into poly bags, retail boxes, displays, club pallets, or even onto clip strips.

To allow you to see the finished product and be confident that BCI will provide you with a high quality shrink wrapped package, BCI offers packaging consultation. We can create samples of your finished product before production begins, or create samples of various packaging configurations. Once production begins, our ISO Based Quality System ensures your finished packages meet your specifications.

BCI offers full Inventory and Logistics Management. BCI can receive your components direct from your suppliers and store in our warehouses. We have the capability of storing your products in an air conditioned or heated facility, if your product requires temperature control. BCI will ship your finished pallets to your warehouse, or direct to your customer. We have extensive experience shipping direct into club stores or into customer warehouses.
