"What a Catch" Employee Program

With the “What a Catch” program, BCI employees earn recognition for ensuring exceptional quality of the product they produce. 

When an employee spots a defect in a product that is running on their line, they receive a “What a Catch” certificate and their name is placed on the marquee in the production area.  After their name is announced over the intercom for a GREAT CATCH, fellow employees offer their congratulations with a loud cheer.  Employees are so proud to receive the recognition for a job well done!   

The “What a Catch” program has become an important part of BCI’s quality system.  Each employee makes a tremendous contribution to BCI’s success every day!!
