Business Mission

We provide human resources and manage logistics to deliver superior value added processing for our customers through partnership based on trust, quality, reliability, and flexibility

BCI's mission can only be realized by managing our business in a professional and responsible manner. Our internal process control systems have been refined over several years of testing. This has resulted in a customized, ISO compliant system that allows enough flexibility to accommodate special customer requests while following all applicable cGMPs and ISO requirements.

Using a team approach, we act in the best interest of our customers to provide high quality products on-time. Our ISO system encompasses all aspects of our business - from receiving, through manufacturing, and shipping.

The success of these systems has earned recognition from well known companies such as General Electric who presented BCI with the 2006 Vendor Partner of the Year award and Vi-Jon's 2006 Vendor of the Year for Customer Service award.

Do you have concerns about maintaining high quality standards on your project? Get your questions answered; contact our Quality and Process Control Manager, Susan Paulus at (636) 978-4300 extension 120.
